Having been here in the United States for less than two years, I sure am far different from the American kids. Nah, let's say the Americanized kids. For not everyone here is pure American anyway.
In my sociology class one day, December 12 to be exact, I was absent for the first ten minutes of the period. Guess what the whole class talked about when I was out? That I am "
genuinely nice." Whoa, thanks! And they reasoned out that nobody born in the United States can be "
genuinely nice;" you gotta be a foreigner to be good.
I'm a giver, a gentleman, a good person. With these in mind, I still don't want to be a politician. I could be a great one though. Bleh.
