Have you ever felt angry?
Have you ever felt so much wrath towards a person or group of people?
Is there anything you loathe?
From what I learned anger is born from hurt and hurt is an effect of love. Can you loathe someone you love or used to love?
It was once said that "The person who angers you the most owns you."
Do you believe this statement?
But this I believe, the amount of love you give to a person will be the same amount of anger you will feel if the person hurts you badly.
Do you agree?
How do you deal with anger?

For those who wish to see raw anger in all its fury, (and perhaps see a reflection of themselves) I reccommend "Wasted" - a graphic novel by Gerry Alanguilan.

Hmmm .... if you have asked me way back in 1998, I would have agreed with you - that it is posible to loathe someone you love.
But there is such a thing as hindsight. And my hindsight tells me that even during the times when I was at my lowest point.....even back when I was mad enough to crush adorable little kittens in my hands..... even then, I realize that would never have done anything to hurt the one I love.
It really depends on the circumstances. On my particular circumstances, the fact that she never meant to hurt me infuriated me to the deepest depths of hell....because I know at the back of my mind that I could not blame her.
It is the situation that drives you mad, and not really the one you love (or once loved). Whenever you want to vent your anger on the physical world, you vent it on the peripherals....but never on the cause. Even at the lowest point, love and hate never could mix.

I do agree that the person you hate owns you. Indifference is the real proof that yo no longer care for someone.
Kaya ayun, am now working on getting rid of my hatred for someone I used to love.
Maybe I'm just using hatred as an excuse so that I'll still have a reason to think about him?
Sad and pathetic.

Your views were really helpful. I could not have said it better.
Sad to say, I've angered the person as well. Due to circumstances and my flaws I have hurt that person. Although, it was never in my intention to hurt anyone. I never thought it would end this way. Yes, I am angry... but I guess it has more to do with me than anyone. I hate the fact that I screwed up.. I loathe the fact that, I know after everything we've been through, that person will never find it in his heart to forgive one horrible mistake I have made.
the only way to unleash anger is to forgive and accept the past as it was then move on. I know soon I will have to do a lot of forgiving but before I can do that I have to forgive myself first before anything. I can't stay in this rut anymore... considering my situation there is no point in being miserable. I'm currently facing the consequences. Eventhough I hear them talking sh!t about me I just choose to remain silent because I know they don't have anything better to do. They get a kind of sick pleasure in making fun of my situation and flaws. Tanggap lang ng tanggap! Sige lang! I'm just going to wait for you guys to get tired. This is the only way I know I can rectify this dilemma.
How do you express your anger towards a person who means a lot to you?
