JOHN LENNON DA BEST!!! ngunit subalit datapwa't...he led a not so good life...pero na-reform naman a little before he passed away. pero ang pinaka good looking na beatle...GEORGE HARRISON!!! MUAH! kudos to the masters.

John Lennon was the silent genius that made the Beatles immortal.

They're all good but John was the one that defined them.

There was a time when I really hated John (whhoo, feeling close ). Remember the time when he said that the Beatles were bigger than Jesus? Big Mistake..tsk tsk

He's not my favorite Beatle though, I love Ringo Starkey...

I have all the Beatles albums in one Mp3 Disc. CDs: I have a Hard Day's Night, 20 Greatest Hits and the 2 Past Masters Volumes. I also have some ancient LPs...haha..lumalabas ba na obsessed ako?

Speaking of John Lennon... there's a concert tribute to him being aired on TV (RPN 9) right now - "Come Together"

I watched it before when it was aired on Star World, but the whole show is just so nice. I don't mind watching it again.

Ringo Starr, the 'old' beatle. I never had any affection for Paul McCartney. And John Lennon, no. Unfortunately didn't encounter them, they never left any impressions on me.

Ringo was in that kiddie show, was he a postman or what. . .

I love the Beatles, period. But I liked them better in the 1962-1966 era. Nung nag-jutes na sila iba na eh. Lalo na when they involved themselves with the Maharishi, parang naging sabog na tuloy sila.

In my opinion, they were better when they were new. I like their hits back then.

I went to this outdoor concert several weeks ago, tribute to the beatles. sobrang saya. one of the few venues that both the old and the young can enjoy.

I have to thank my older sis for introducing me to the Beatles. It all started with that best of compilation, yung all red tapos my number one sa cd cover. I'm sure you know what im talking about Mr. Baseball. . .

I can play a lot of the songs basta may chordbook. You can buy the Beatles songhits by Jingle. Matagal na yung sa akin, 1993 pa yata.

Among the favorite ones I play are "Yesterday", "Till There Was You", "I Will", "This Boy", and "If I Fell".

Grabe I'm in a Beatles mood right now! I've been playing Beatle songs all day!

Try "I want to hold your hand" or " All you need is love ". If that fails, maybe " We can work it out"?

Mr. Baseball: Stick with "I Will" if you're going to serenade a girl. IMHO, it's one of the best-written Beatles songs ever.

My personal favorite is "In My Life" but I don't think it would be fit for a harana.

It's better to choose from the Fab Four's later songs from the late sixties, because by this time their lyric-writing had matured.

Actually, this is quite hard to play correctly. I'm thinking of other options. But we'll see...

I'm even considering Elvis Presley's "Can't Help Falling In Love" because I know how to play that plucking the strings instead of strumming the guitar.

I am a beatle fan though hindi na ganun ka fanatic.

I started admiring them kasi when ABC 5 was starting, halos everyday eh pinapalabas yung 1.5 hours feature ng beatle. At that time summer pa and fan din ang kuya ko so nakikipanood ako.

I even remember that naghahagilap kami sa booksale to get a book or any memorabilia of them. I think I still have the complete album ng beatles pero tape nga lang.

My fave songs are: In My Life; Here, There and Everywhere…

I also watched yung tribute kay John. I really like Nowhere Man.

Sayang 2 na lang silang natitira but their songs live on.

Ito ba yung Beatles Anthology series? I think it was a 6-hour tribute to the Beatles cut into 6 1-hour segments by ABC 5.

this was summer of '92. tagal na nun. around lunchtym nila pinapalabas. and paulit ulit lang every weekday. sayang nga at hindi ko narecord.
