Hi there, we have 2 rooms available (the other one comes with a balcony and the other one without) we're looking for female housemates preferably a pet lover coz we have a dog that roams inside the unit.

Rent fee is 6k a month including basic electricity and water (we'll be asking for additional fee if you're going to bring in and use high energy consuming appliances like aircon, pc or washing machine), drinking water supply, cooking gas etc...Terms are at least 3 months stay (short term), we just need one month advance, no deposit needed.

We are strategically located in the center of metro manila, sta.mesa area, 5-10min walk to SM centerpoint and LRT 2 V. Mapa Station. Travel convenient to Q.C, San Juan, Makati and Manila area.
