In anticipation of the increase in the EVAT on domestic travel, the automated pricing system in Abacus has already been set to compute the EVAT at 12% starting at 1201H 01 February 2006.



However, in the event that the government does not make any official announcement on the increase in the EVAT rate, the current level of 10% shall continue to apply. This being the case, you must manually price your tickets to the correct applicable level of 10% until such time that the Abacus pricing system is adjusted accordingly.



Please advise your ticketing and accounting staff about this very important instruction to ensure proper compliance.



B. TERMINAL FEE EX-CEB



The terminal fee for domestic travel from the Mactan International Airport is now PHP200. This is collected at the gate prior to flight departure. Please advise your passengers accordingly.
