I still don't know who our reinforcements will be. In the Women's Volleyball Thread in Pinoyexchange.com, it is said that Coach Lou Gepuela is getting the services of middle blocker Monica Aleta and setter Rubi de Leon who both play for the RP Team and are both included in the First Six Line-Up. As what people said there, coming back will be Michelle Laborte, or the girl who is named "Blocking Queen". Don't worry, we will still see the prettiest volleybelles in the collegiate division like Charo Soriano, Karla Bello, Starr Cabuco, Patti Taganas, Steph Veluz and others. Hehe.
So for the ones who still doesn't know yet, Ateneo made it in the Final Four last conference and almost made it into the Finals. Only to have a heartbreaking lost against UST. We were up by 2, 14-12 in the 5th set. But UST came back and won. 14-16. This year, the Ateneo Lady Eagles are hoping to be in the Finals. But with the exit of Michelle Carolino in the La Salle Team, the Ateneo-La Salle Dream Finals might not come true. But then, we will still be proud of our girls no matter happens!
