Oo nga naman girls. Mag-hulos dili kayo. Enough with the fanaticism already. L.A. and the other players are just like you. Students who are also bogged down with finals and other school requirements. And now they have all this extra attention to handle pa. Can you imagine handling all that and trying to write a 15-page paper for your class? Di ba nakakaloka. Please lang, wag niyo na silang tawaging mayabang porket hindi sila nagre-reply sa text. Let them have some space naman. I'd find it totally creepy if I get hundreds of msgs from people I didn't know. It might be flattering at first, but when it gets out of hand, I'd probably find the nearest rock and hide myself underneath. Don't be so unfair. Mga estudyante rin yung mga yan tulad niyo. Despite their TV appearances, I don't think they're aiming for stardom. They're just a bunch of students who love to play basketball. Let them be.

i remember watching a bantay bata game on tv. it was halftime and the commentators were discussing the report, and the camera focused on LA. then his teammates started teasing him and LA was smiling and waving at the cam. and then, he'll look up at the big screen if he was still being focused, then he'd wave back again at the camera, then check again the big screen. ang cute ng smile niya!!!

a friend of mine who's studying at ateneo told me na nagpapa-tutor daw si LA..may bagsak YATA sya or pasang-awa DAW...totoo ba? :confused:

So what if the guy is pasang-awa and needs a tutor to help him with his studies? The important thing is that he's studying! He's making an effot to learn and that's what's important.

Saludo pa rin ako sa lahat ng mga Ateneo Atheletes. It's not easy trying to balance athletics and academics. I think they train about three times a week, minimum two hours ang practice session. Bug-bog na katawan nila, pag-uwi pa, they have to deal with their lessons like other regular students. I dunno if I would have survived in Ateneo if I had that sked. Hat's off to these guys!
