In another effort to stalk the players, here's what i noticed during their signing session:

-All of them were REALLY, REALLY, tired (I was pacing in front of the tent at 11pm) but when ever they hear someone call their name for a picture, their faces would immediately light up. I didn't see any trace of exahustion or annoyance when they posed for a picture.

-Rich Alvarez, while waiting for people to reach him, he was at the other end, remember?, was making small talk with the people outside. hehehe! kakatuwa...

-Enrico, easily one of the most sought after, even had time to crack jokes with all those clamoring for his signature...

-(this is my awww.... moment) my friend and i agreed to get photos of wesley, Rich, LA, Enrico, Larry and GEC. When i got to Larry and he was already posing, there was this kid in front of him who kept on shifting so it blocked my shot. Natatawa na si Larry. I was getting so pissed off at the kid but i didn't want to scream at him... kaatbi ni Larry si GEC e... at nakakahiya... when Larry told me.. "Wait lang..." tapos, kala ko, tatapusin muna niya yung mga naghihintay... but no! He stood up so that i would have my pic... WAAHH!!! ang bait niya!

-GEC, who practically had people asking for his photo for every signature he gave was so nice that he offered some food to those who were lining up in front of him... there was this girl who was jumping up ang down cuz GEC gave her french fries daw.... for guys who barely had time to eat... whoa...

i'm back in cloud nine...

istle, sori ha, i didn't visit this site yesterday kaya i wasn't able to reply to ypur post. nyway, freshie answered naman ur question, tnx freshie! i think she sent u that pic i was talking about. lora has a columnn on pdi called vanity fare, i'm not sure if it's weekly but i read her column last wednesday. go check it out na lang!

u know what during the bonfire, me and my friend got to meet them..we were in the admin building kasi they were dressing up there! all of them are soo soo cute! and friendly! pero andrew is kinda snob..pero sha lang naman..

hmmm... did anyone get to see this pic of larry before game three... wawa naman si larry... but then as is true for all of them, it's all heart...



so there, dextrose and all, larry was all set to play in game three. that heart brought them the championship. the same heart that rightfully won for him (and wes) the finals MVP trophy.

My bro and I were joking na baka fan ng LaSalle yung staff ng Linden Suites kaya nag-loko tiyan ni Larry. Joke lang yun ha, baka magalit mga taga-LaSalle.

Anyways, yeah, it's really cool that Larry still played a great game after suffering from food poisoning. If I remember right, he was the first one to make a 3-pt shot in game 3. And he's so cute pa. Shucks. It's too bad that I'm 4 years older than Larry. Kung hindi, naku Larry, lagot ka sa kin. haha!

Wow! I was gone for a week and now we have 2 pages of posts. It's really nice to know that a lot of people like Larry.

He was really nice when I met him during the bonfire/party. He eagerly posed for the pics we took and he was smiling all the time. A group of kids were even calling Larry and Larry smiled and waved to them. He's such a nice guy.

i know! he's so nice! my friend and i went up to him in the comm dept the monday after the bonfire to ask for autographs.... my friend mentioned to him that i was one of the people who braved the rain during the bonfire just to meet them.... and he looked at me and said, "uy! thanks ha!" and then he smiled at me!!! aaaarrrggh!!! we had a moment! grabe! super nakakamelt yung stare niya and yung smile niya sakin!!!

it just goes to show how 'bait' he is... imagine, he gives the rest of the team to score high when he knows that they could win the game, and if he thinks that they have a great chance of losing, that's only when he gives his best... diba sweet?

i noticed that kasi eh... whenever he's playing, and the team is winning, he just keeps on passing or assisting... he doesn't shoot agad... super sweet talaga.... aawwww....

I think he just needs more confidence. Kapag maaga pa kasi yung game, minsan halata na hesitant yung shots niya, kaya pinapasa na lang niya sa mga teammates yung ball. Atsaka mahirap din mag-risk ng 3-pts lalo na kapag hindi in-place yung offensive rebound men. This is what happened in the first three quarters with UE yesterday. WALANG GUMAGAWA NG OFFENSIVE REBOUND! Larry was able to sink three points in the first few miutes of the first quarter, pero yung mga sumunod na shots na hindi succesful, wala man lang humahabol na teammate for rebound. I think that's why he was so hesitant to risk shooting from the 3-pt area in the 2nd and 3rd quarter.

But man, when he gets going....ANG GALENG!! Sunod-sunod na 3-pts!! When he gets his groove, you can feel his confidence growing. Kaya ang gaganda ng tira niya as the game progressed. Larry, YOU ARE THE MAN!!

Ayos...dinadaan lang pala sa puti ng batok.
