anyways since larry is out for the season, and we saw how magnum tried to pump up the team during the ADU game, do think he deserves to also be called as the king eagle of some sorts????

Yeah, Magnum was pumped up to win that game. He was even egging on his team and the crowd. I think he should be on the starting five. Ateneo started to come together when he entered tha game.

we owe magnum a lot! if it wasn't for him, bka natalo tyo nung game vs. DLSU... he hustled and all... an epitome of a hardworker on court! and yeah, also in the ADU game!

his treys could have saved the game last sunday.. 3, all heart, 3 pointers from magnum made the crowd go WOW! we needed more of those though... i do hope he'll still play for Ateneo next year!

very true. i never doubted the guy. he's one of the seniors in the team and i know he can deliver any given day.

sabi ni ricky palou last night on halikinu radio si larry and bugs lang ang aalis. so that means we'll still see magnum play next season. GO MAGNUM!!!

that's so nice to hear that he's still playing next year! i do hope he retains that BIG HEART of his! (i'm usre he will no doubt about that!!) it is truly inspiring to see him lead the team as well as the crowd!! iba ka talaga magnum!:)

just a question ...
if magnum is coming back next year, then does that automatically mean he is already assured of a spot in team a? and does it also mean that he does not need to compete for a roster spot anymore, kinda like the off-guard spot is his? is it possible that the crop of 2's for next season is better than him but he will still get a spot?

I've been a fan of this guy since Day 1 in the UAAP, even before his injury. Such an exciting player, especially when he started hitting those treys. I remember there was one such trey that he hit all the way from the midcourt line...looking forward to having him back in the Blue Eagle lineup next season!

I refer to magnum as "Mr. Pure Energy" (no offense to Gary. V), kce he never seems to run out of energy. when he shoots 3's, he passes some of this energy to his teammates, making them play well. he's also one of the plares, if not the only player, who makes the crowd cheer. in most of the games, you see him raising his hands, waving them to the crowd, encouraging them to cheer on and make some noise.

Magnum, is definitely one of my favorites, having him around for 1 more year is definitely good news (kala ko kce last year na nya this year).

PUSO! i hope the other players, especially the rookies, follow Magnum's example.
