Good morning.

I am currently looking for a Training Officer for one of the Waterfront properties, Manila Pavilion Hotel, on U.N. Avenue. The qualifications are as follows:

a) Male or female, 24 - 28 years old
cool.gif with at least 3 years experience in Training & Development esp. in the following skills: Training Needs Assessment, training design, delivery and evaluation of training programs
c) training experience in the hotel/hospitality industry is preferred
d) graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science or related courses; with masteral or post-graduate units in training-related field is an advantage
e) with very good oral and written communication skills (very good presentation and floor skills)
f) with good administrative skills; is organized and systematic
