Enter Muay Thai, an ancient fighting art from Thailand. It follows a unique method of defensive and offensive techniques which makes use of the fists, elbows, knees and the feet. Hence, it is also referred to as “the science of 8 limbs”. Learn the proven techniques in a safe and modern way whilst keeping to the true nature of the art. Students will be able to develop their strength, agility, coordination and endurance. More importantly, students will be introduced to the heart of Muay Thai which instills confidence, dedication, respect and honor to one’s parents and teachers.

Fee: Php500 a month (4 sessions)

Schedule: Saturdays, 1030-1230pm
