I do not know if this is the right thread to put this topic in but here's my thought:
I'm looking for a non-partisan group who is into educating Filipino voters. The 2003 elections is nearing and I'd hate to see non-deserving candidates being voted and not having done anything about it.
I hope somebody can help. Thanks.

Try NAMFREL or Transparent Accountable Network. From what I know, these are some organizations that engage in voter's education programs.

correction lang, 2004 elections.
i do not know a group. but i think namfrel ang pinkareliable na group to ask for ideas.

You can do a similar campaign on your own. Try sending letters to the editor and call to public attention your views on movements in connection with the elections. It could be a take on the fitness of candidates, good and bad practices of both candidates and voters.
