Personally, I think she owes the public an explanation.

I think she should speak out because the question here now is whether she took the sovereignty out of the Filipino people or not. She's accountable to the people because we are a democracy first and foremost -- the power ideally emanates from the people. Gloria Arroyo is the president because of the people. But, if she was installed because of Garci, she needs to step down even if that means that we'll have a moronic president.
