hey marlorustia,
first of all, may i know your real name?
secondly, my brother is wondering if you're planning to come out with a john verayo jersey so he and his buds can fanboy their old friend.
many thanks!
Thanks cubao fleahouse for the interest but like sidventura I prefer my real identity, as well as the origin of my nick, to remain SECRET. I was actually quite pleased that you were so enthralled by the Watson jersey you purchased that you didn't notice that I was wearing a mask when I handed it to you. I, however, still insist on forwarding you your P5 change, most probably through joescoundrel. I'll ask him to take the MegaTren to give it to you personally.
There have been numerous inquiries about the jerseys of other legendary players especially the back-to-back '87-88 UAAP champions (Olsen Racela, Jun Reyes, Danny Francisco, Seph Canlas, Jet Nieto, Nonoy Chuatico, Alex Araneta, Gene Afable), the rest of Francis Arnaiz's '69 NCAA champion team (Jose Gepuela Jr., Lyle Ross Jr., Frank Harn, Luis Afable Jr., Freswindo Cayanan, Mario Fernandez, Guillermo Balmaceda, Richard Palou, Rafael Morales Jr., Cristino Panlilio III, Marte Samson, Cesar Ijares, Roberto Rius, Ricardo Cleofas & Gregorio Araneta III) and the rest of Fritz Gaston and Steve Watson's back-to-back '76-77 NCAA champion teams (Joy Carpio, Padim Israel, Chito Narvasa, Gerry Verzosa, Bambi Cabigting, Pons Valdez, Jojo Gamboa).
There have also been a lot of inquiries about the younger set of players like the rest of Rich Alvarez, Wes Gonzales and Rico Villanueva's '02 UUAP champion team who have already graduated (Gec Chia, Epok Quimpo, Sonny Tadeo) as well as the fellow '90s stalwarts of Vince Hizon and Richie Ticzon (Sandy Arespacochaga, Gabby Severino, John Verayo). And, yes, we take all inquiries or requests seriously, even if they are punctuated by smilies. As such, we now have an official inquiry by paralusi and an official request by missus personality for, drum roll please, Dodot Jaworski.
Our procedure, as Bleachers King said, has always been to get the consent of each of the players before we make a production run of their jerseys. We are currently in negotiations with some of the mentioned former players as well as those from even earlier eras and we plan to come out some of their jerseys early next year. ALL the jerseys are or will be on limited runs.
John, coincidentally, is my cousin and he is currently in the States. I will try to get in touch with him and tell him about your brother's inquiry.
Thanks again cubao fleahouse. I hope to see you soon, even if you won’t be able to recognize me.
