U guys seen the preview or trailers of this much-awaited film? It's awesome. The characters all look fantastic. Tifa looks so pretty as well as Aeris... Vincent is hot and Sephiroth is sooo cool looking. Can't wait for this movie. And I heard there'll also be a Devil May Cry movie. How cool is that? U guys have any idea as to when the dvds will be available here? Thank God for computer graphics.

I have doubts on Square's marketing strategies on this.

Damn, the storyline's getting cloudy and cloudy everytime Square discloses information. I hope the story is well worth the wait and will enlighten many. I for one was a FF fan that lost hope on the newer installations.

Thats really great!!! I was a final fantasy fan when my dad bought me FF7 game. Thats when I started buying the rest of the series, pero pangit na rin iyong quality of the story line...mas okey nga rin iyong graphics...hopefully they would remake a part 2 on that sa ps2 (ff7). I also can't wait for the Suikoden 3 the second game was crap...(i traded it)

May isang article sa adventchildren.net ng nkapanood nung advanced 20-minute screening sa Venice, and sabi nya while Cloud was riding on his Fenrir papunta (ata) kay Reno, the surroundings changed and he sudennly found himself standing in a flower field. And guess who's there. It was Aeris. Cguro nagpaparamdam lang sya kay Cloud. Basta di parin daw kse napapatawad ni Cloud sarili nya sa death ni Aeris tpos nung nag meet sila sabi ni Aeris wla nman daw syang kasalanan..etc. Yun.

Well, considering all the fanmail and petitions SquareEnix has been receiving since FF7, I think they were pushed to do Aeris' revival. People reeeally demand for her. I am for this. Although it sound crazy. Squaresoft had 2 discs to implement that (back in FF7)!

I've heard gazillions of rumors on the Advent Children, but since it is only being talked about nowadays, I don't think trailers are up. Are they? Did you see any? Which channel? Maybe checking the official Final Fantasy7 site helps, or something. Most of the rumors I hear on it's opening date is somewhere in November. Gah, I heard Cloud was better looking than Vincent in the movie, but either way. XD

Zidane should die! Monkeys look cuter and are more accurate than him. I mean, Square had to think of something, but they are going to drastic measures on him. Actually, I hate FF9 at the most. Each and every character! XD Anyone can beat Zidane with a strategy. Even Goffy. XD

i actually love everything about FFVIII... i know the it's a love story but... some people find it girlie... what i love about FFVIII is the battle system... you could actually beat the game at level 25 by learning DIablo's enc-none ability early in the game... it's a fairly easy game... simple puzzles... awesome GFs... and did i say GFs???

i did everything there was to do in that game... collected all the cards, GFs, Magic, enemies, skills... yes, even EDEN!! (pinalevel 99 ko pa yun...) beat the crap out of omega weapon... hmmm.. what else?

yeah 8 was my fave too. simple lang story line pero ewan nagagandahan ako. tsaka asteg ang daming gfs at ang gagaling. di katulad sa FFX iilan nalang. sana nga magka sequel (kaso wag nman sana kasing lame ng X2 pls..). gusto ko makita si rinoa sana pagandahin pa nila lalo yung graphics para impressive talaga.

I love griever, diablos and bahamut. Cant get enough of those three they're just toooooo awesome!!!!!

And as for the two weapons, I prefer Ultima weapon (sa appearance). Kita mo ba sila ni omega sa FFX-2 akira? ang sagwa ng itsura i was really disappointed >_>

Tifa: Seems like it…(Tifa’s expression looks kind of dark)

So, once again, it is CONFIRMED that Cloud lives in Aeris's church! And I'll bet we all know why...

Tifa gets up slowly and meets Cloud’s eyes.

Tifa: You’ve got Geostigma, haven’t you?

Cloud: …there’s no cure for it.

Tifa: ‘It’s fine if I’m gonna just die like this’ , is that what you’re thinking?
…It is…isn’t it?
Denzel’s fighting it, and everyone’s here for you, so why not you, too?

(Cloud within himself) But…I just let her die…

Cloud has given up, it seems. In a different translation, Tifa accuses Cloud of wanting to die to be with Aeris and he doesn't deny it. However, I am unsure which one is correct... Aeris is always on Cloud's mind, that is for sure.

As the surroundings turn brighter wrapped in white light, Cloud who had been on his bike, and who has a sudden impulse to abandon what he’s come to do, takes a step forward and then stands stock still.

(Aerith’s voice) You’ve finally come…even though it pains you to do so…

From behind, a girl reaches out to gently touch Cloud’s right hand.

(Aerith’s voice) Question. Why’d you come?

Cloud: I…think I want to be forgiven. That’s right, I want to be forgiven.

(Aerith’s voice, with a slight giggle) By whom?

Just when Cloud is about to look over his shoulder, he returns to his actual surroundings where he’s still riding his bike.

Poor Cloud, he wants to see her so bad!

Cloud: Vincent…do you think a person can be forgiven?

Vincent: I’ve never had the pleasure of that experience.

Cloud nodding, decides, “I think I want to try and see…whether or not I could be.
I’ll inform you of the results later. C’mon, Marlene!”
(From his expression, Cloud seems to have come upon some sort of revelation)

I find it very interesting that Cloud associates his "sin" with Vincent's. And we all know that Vincent considers his sin to be that he was unable to protect the woman he loved...

Marlene happily runs back to Cloud. Holding hands, the two leave the place.
Vincent looks on at the two departing figures.

(Aerith’s voice) Really…that took him long enough. I’ve never laid any blame on him. Ever.

But him coming all this way to see me…that has really made me happy. And that, in itself, is more than enough.

Do you guys think Vincent heard Aeris's voice here?

The scene that confuses me, is this one...

(Staring at Fenrir, Cloud holds on to his left arm. The symptoms of Geostigma still cannot clearly be seen in this scene)

really... one thing i like about cloud and vincent is we are all suckers...
i do not believe that a person can be forgiven for his sin... instead,i thrive in those regrets. i do believe in atonement. but when you're in that place... you could really get that despondent. no matter how much i try to stand up... no matter how much other people convince me, i still think it's my fault... in some twisted sense, it makes me stronger... (i can't believe i am incorporating myself with a fictional character...)
pathetic as it may sound though, i still continue to live... or maybe just exist...
you could say i'm not that much of a person... and in some point in my life, fate proved me wrong... only to take her away and show how small i am... how helpless i am despite of my willfulness to protect her... even if i said i loved her so...

i'm still asking for her forgiveness, though... and i guess only i can't see it. even if i choose to fight and move on... i will only falter some thousand steps later... only to find myself back to where i was... rotting away because of my own selfishness... because i think the world is hopeless. because i am hopeless. i choose not to fight because it is futile... if at my best i cannot afford to win... why even bother to try at all.

As for Aeris and Tifa, sorry, I dont mean to offend Tifa fans, but I really dont like her. I dont hate her either. Pero dko sin sha gusto. I prefer Aeris kse mas nakaka relate ako sa kanya. I don't really care for Tifa. Not that I hate her, but not that I like her neither. In the game, I just abuse her powers until she dies. XP No big deal. I practically hate all the girls, anyway, Aeris is so...err...predictable. Fragile-ness and pure-hearted-ness in a semi-war game? Surely, she'll die and then the main character will fall in love with her, and she holds a special power among everyone, yadda yadda yadda. Yuffie's not bad. Blank feeling for her stil, though.

I was like, screaming when namamatay si Aeris. Parang "Stupid!! Stupid!! Why is she dying??!!! STUPID!!" Or something like that. I bet my pants that I did cry at that part. It was emotional, but I thought that it was Stupid at first sight. Annoying Sephiroth at that time ONLY.

The Chrono Cross Music is talagang parang...na to-touch your heart mo eh. It's so beautiful, that you just keep wanting to hear it all over again, no matter how many times you break your PS from repeating the same thing all over again forever and ever. Such beauty. I really don't want anything else, but it all depends IF they make a sequel, and what KIND it would be. Better graphics ain't bad, but CC's are already great. Music is not possible to replace. It depends.

well, Tifa's my favorite gaming character because i can relate to her in lots of ways. i think a lot of people get disturbed/distracted by her bountiful... assets, which is why she gets tossed aside a lot. i think she and cloud have one of the most romantic "lovestories" ever. she has such a deep, complex character -- you never usually know what she really means to say! Aeris... well... I like her. I'm an AerisxZack fan. I mean... it's the Zackiness in Cloud that she likes, right? But tifa parin. sweet, smart, beautiful, and can kick major arse.

BTW: Alam mo sana every GF has his/her own fmv! Di ba asteg yun! Imagine how Shiva, Diablos, Griever, Bahamut and the others would look like! Iniisip ko palang parang sobrang asteg na talaga >_< Si shiva talaga inaabangan ko na magkaron ng fmv pero until now wala parin. Dang.

Alam mo ba yung 'Radical Dreamers' na song sa chrono cross? I love it sooo much. I could listen to it forever!

As for FF7, nagagandahan ako kay yuffie sa AC, ganda ng pagkakagawa sa kanya. Especially her hair, it's so cute >_<

Kay Tifa, maganda yung mukha nya pero sana ginawa nilang kamukha nung sa FF7..u know, long, thick hair.. saka sana hnd nila ginaya kay Rinoa yung outfit nya. Just my opinion. Pero cool kse muscular siya. Fist fighter talaga..

Actually, I want Tifa and Vincent as a couple (lol sorry kng mejo insane na ha), I just think they'd look awesome together. Si Aeris nman gusto ko para kay Sephiroth. Cos they're my favorite characters (wag nyoko tawanan kanya kanyang opinions lang to >_<) Pero bagay din sila ni Cloud.. Tsaka i dont think nagustuhan ni Aeris si Cloud dahil nakikita nya si Zack sa knya, I think She liked him for what he is. He and Zack are 2 totally different persons..

Krystle: Just what I was getting at!! They really should have their own FMV. Sila Shiva, Ifrit (yeah, kahit sya. XD) , Diablos, Bahamut, and Odin yung mga inaabangan ko as in. Matagal pa nga eh! I wanna see them now. ^^;

I'll have to second the one about Tifa. Though, of course, they were the same people who made every character, so you can't just expect them to look so extremely different! o.o I think Square based Rinoa on her. And Squall on Cloud. I'll have to agree...

TIFA AND VINCENT?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? o.o Insane ka nga! o.o Mejo na yaoi ako kayla Vincent eh, but I think Cloud and him can match (see, mas insane ako! ^o^) But for the girls, I think I want it Vincent X Yuffie....aww, what the hay! Vincent X ME!!! ^o^ Sila Aeris can have Cloud. Aerith can be for Sephi. ^^ I don't really think I prefer any couples, but they all look cute together. Zack and Cloud aren't the same, I second that. Aeris or Tifa can fight on either one, I don't care. ^o^ I'm suddenly getting a vibe that Zack and Cloud can be together. oO.
