Good day/night to you all, I'm MiloKELS (now Divi-Dead), the newly-appointed forum moderator to you all.

For the frequent users of this forum, I am sure that you have seen the recent incident regarding a user named iaji posting distasteful pictures on various topics of different forums here in Atenista.net.

I've seen in some forums that some users are hesistant nowadays to post here due to the aforementioned incident. Therefore, I would like to make some policies known so as to avoid/prevent such acts from damaging the confidence of the people from posting/joining in the forums due to lack of discipline and control.

Here are the rules (any more additions will be posted later):
[*]Any posting of distasteful pictures (iaji) or messages that diss everyone off [i.e. fighting or bad boy like posts] will automatically merit his/her banning and the deletion of his/her posts. Same goes for topics.
[*]Warning will be given to those who draw the line, or close to breaking the first rule. They will be given the chance to remove or edit their post within 3-5 days. Otherwise, their post will be automatically deleted.
[*]I would also like the users of this board to help in the said cause. Any complaints about a user/post/topic about the forums especially the College Forums (since I'm the one moderating this) can post his/her complaints here. Just place the user's name, part of his message and topic and I will personally look over and check it A.S.A.P (every other day).

Since the Atenista Forums is a representative of the life of the college Atenean and more importantly representative of what it means to be an Atenista, I believe that order and decency must take place immediately.

So Dearth, your request [the one in Atenista.net/Do You like the Layout...] is now granted.

By the way, invite more of your friends/blockmates to take part in the forums.

hi i just have some few comments regarding this forum. i have been posting for 3 years already (well not here all the time) and i have some helpful comments about the forum.

i notice the lack of visibility of the moderators. no offense, but some of the posts are not really "moderated". what i mean is that, you don't actually get to see some offensive posts being edited by the moderator. minsan nag-aaway na lang yung mga tao.

i already sent like 3 emails to this email ---> webmaster@atenista.net but so far i did not get any reply. i had a problem dati but i did not get any response from them. i had to talk to a friend instead who was connected to atenista.net to help me.

one feature that this site does not have is that, you cannot change ur password. that is really a downside considering that some people really want to keep their privacy and that they change passwords regularly. is there a way that you could add that one?

i am also having the hardest time figuring out what is the College Forum all about? because the threads being posted are all mixed up and diverse. you can see threads which should have been in the Classifieds, Hobbies and Recreation and with the Sanggunian. i mean, it is really confusing.

and lastly, we only have 11 Graemlims. do you think we can have more?

Ok... I'll try to answer most of your question in the best way possible.

[*]I agree with the lack of visibility of the moderators. There shall soon be a new batch of moderators in atenista.net, I being one of them. Hopefully, we would be more visible to you all this time around.
[*]As for the "we don't actually get to see some offensive posts being edited by the moderator", this is what this part of the forum is for, so users willing to help out in our cause in preventing such incidents (i.e. iaji) can alert moderators of their respective forums immediately. I'm not here 24 hours a day, so I can't promise I can handle things automatically. I can't also check every single topic and message posted in a forum in a day or two considering the number of users here. This is why I am asking for your help... so I can check quickly the stuff you want to be checked out.
[*]One more thing, I am just a member in the other forums. My work is mainly around the College forums, where I am moderator. So complaints/suggestions and the like about the other forums... I can't directly handle them. Hope that clears things up.

[*]I'm yet checking on this. I do not have access to this account. It's the account of the creator of this site. Meanwhile, any problems can be directed to this forum. I'll try my best to answer them all. I'll also try to coordinate with the head of the atenista.net too.

[*]I believe you can change your password at your profile screen. Go to my profile/view update profile/ change your password then click on view/update profile.

[*]I agree with you there. I believe it's because more people visit the college/high school forums more than the other ones.
[*]Well, I think College forums must host anything related to College - (events, students, certain complaints, teachers, subjects, reg, problems, and the like) as long as it does not get out of hand. Sorry if it's kind of vague. Hopefully it will be more distinct once the next batch of moderators have been appointed.
