anyone from sibol here (of course, i'm addressing those who are presently in the AHS)?

my brother is in sibol, but since i don't go home to our family's place anymore (since I got married), i have no idea as to what's happening over there.

when i went to hs, i was never part of DS, but because of the shows i went to (the best were kaharian ng araw, paglilitis ni mang serapio, hervacio tubulan), i've grown a strong liking for theater arts.

so, bottom line, can anyone provide, maybe, a schedule of what DS has lined up for this year (even though it's just about half gone already)?

siyempre, i'd like to watch my brother perform. that's at the top of my reason-list.

i really love "Sinta".. Moks Machuca was the last 'narding'(am i right?) i've seen. the play was really great.. and another is Hervacio Tubulan... Dulaang Sibol plays Shakespeare plays.. Hamlet is one of them... beautiful plays..Ü

I'd like to watch Sibol plays again. And sit in the front row, catching all sorts of saliva.

And hear the sorbetes bell. And look at the cyclorama, and know that it must be kept clean at all costs.

Is there a website, with play schedules? Sometimes when I see the billboard beside Gate 3, it's too late to fix my sked to watch one.

I hope everything gets fixed soon. Everyone in the cast is growing older and more distant. The youngest cast will be graduating college soon. An old cast member is now a popstar. His castmates are now married. I'm not even sure if Sir would survive to train a whole new generation of players.

2006 would be the 30th aniversary of Sinta!, i believe. The tradition must go on.

Anyone who has ever heard Cholo Malilin sing "Harana" (yes, the same one popularized by Parokya Ni Edgar) you will never want to hear any other romantic OPM ballad ever. Assumptionistas who used to come over to watch a Sibol sampling who listened to Cholo sing were absolutely dumbfounded, literally needing to be snapped out of their admiring stupor. Ever so humble Cholo would sing it one more time, this time with the Assumptionistas unabashedly sighing and swooning. Come to think of it so did Povedans, Scholasticans, Knollers...

Sa mga naghihintay sa Sinta, wala na yatang hadlang, pero lilinawin ko nang mabuti sa abogado. Sana nga sa Marso. O sa summer.

Kinakausap ko na rin at hinahagilap ang ibang mga kasama ko sa 1995 cast. Tenth year namin this year. Tumatanda na kami. Si Paola ikakasal na, si Ray may asawa't anak na, at lahat naman marami-rami na ring pinagdaanan.

Pero mukhang kaya pa naman. Huling hirit.

Tapos, dapat na sigurong bumuo ng bagong cast para sa 30th Anniversary. Para manonood na lang kami't masesenti.

Hi po! I would like to tell you that DS is having a show on Aug. 10, 2007 Friday. We will be showing Reaching Out and it's sure to be great! (I know, I've seen it)
