As I was watching the newsbreak right after Smallville, I was disoriented with FPJ’s and company’s arrival while his supporters are rallying and throwing stones to the policemen. Though he was intriguingly quiet from his arrival ‘til he left the area, this act has plainly shown his support to the rally itself. Then, one familiar face was interviewed. This guy, one of his “kontrabida” in one of his movies, was claiming that 4 children died. “Maawa naman sila” – said this guy. Pitiful as it is that there were children that were delivered in the nearby hospital due to the effect from the tear gas, his statement should not be exaggerated for this would only stir up the emotions of the protesters. The one that should be blamed are the parents who brought their children with them.

If FPJ truly cares for his supporters, maybe he should have brought some food and nourishments instead. I’d probably give him a “thumbs up” if he did this rather than going there inaudibly.
