grabe...anlaki ng pinagbago ng Harry Potter under Cuaron! Pati nagmature na rin si Harry Potter. this is one amazing movie than Troy!
[COLOR=green]I just watched the movie today! 
It was okey really weird looking at the kid who plays long botton. He has really grown alot not he is more skinny and this goes to all cast members. The movie as you could tell has a lot more diversity. Grabe the have like shots of black, indian, and asian students more than the others actors. 
Sorry if this might be a spoiler and all...hahahaa....sige it was okey by my standards i'll just you guys judge!

as usual, nagtanggal sila ng scenes from the book. sanay narin ako.. pero nevertheless...

i was kinda disappointed that they didn't include the scene where lupin explained to harry how he knows about the marauder's map. didn't even mention who prongs, padfoot, moony and wormtail are!
but it's a better movie indeed. great job by cuaron!

they were shooting scenes over a long period of time, possibly a year.
did anyone else notice that the two original talents for vincent crabbe and gregory goyle were replaced? they appeared in only one scene, when malfoy was taunting harry about fainting aboard the express. all other scenes showing C&G showed a different set of actors: one tall and skinny, the other short and fat.

That's pretty sharp, mac. I didn't notice that.
Of course, Richard Harris no longer played Dumbledore since he passed away. Michael Gambon played Dumbledore here; not quite sure how many people noticed since he was buried under tons of beard anyway.
On a related note, that Saturday Night Live spoof of Harry Potter with Lindsay Lohan playing the new, grown-up, "especially buxom" Hermione was such a gas. For those who haven't watched it, you can view the clip (QT6) at the following website:

first noticed the change in dumbledore in the voice, oddly enough. a little disappointed that they cut out a lot from the book. oh well...

It may just be me but I found it a bit funny that Harry Potter 3 began with a scene where Harry was "playing with his wand under the sheets in secret."
the wifey and i agree that richard harris was better at being dumblydore.

OT from Lindsay Lohan for a while...
The movie wasn't bad. (Chamber of Secrets is still my favorite.) There were a lot of nice things about it -- mainly the Ron/Hermione scenes
and lots of lovely visuals and details -- but there were quite a few deficiences, too, the main one being that They didn't cast the right actor for Sirius Black. Gary Oldman was OK, but d00d, don't let me get started on what was wrong with him
(Yes, I'm still bitter; and yes, I mentally grafted the right actor's head onto Gary's body while watching the movie.)

the movie was not good.. bakit kasi pinalitan director nag iba yung hogwarts di naman madami paintings sa hallway a tapos parang ang dumi ng hogwarts..
I think this is the best HP film. I like the prod design. Ang astig ng trasitions. Tsaka hindi sya copy paste unlike the first two films.
