First of all, we would like to express our sincere apologies for the problems and technical concerns affecting our website. We have received many of your valuable inputs regarding the present condition of the Atenista.Net website as well as possible future directions that our website can take. We have acknowledged your feedback and sentiment over many details regarding the website.

We have been maintaining and developing the Atenista.Net website for more than four years already. Some of you might not know it, but I have personally funded and oversaw the requirements of the website. It has been quite difficult, especially that there has been no significant way that we can recover the amount of money and other resources we have put in this endeavor.

However, we are busy developing the new Atenista.Net website, whose launch date is this April 15, 2004. We are currently fixing the design of the interface of the new website and more importantly the bulletin board which will replace the current, outdated forum software. For the techies, the new board will be the latest version of the Invision Power Board. It will incorporate a lot more features that will easily surpass the current board's features. In addition, we promise a more well-managed board that will intergrate the community tighter through more interactivity options that will spark more creative discussions and a more positive exchange of ideas.

We hope that you be patient with us as we continue to turn over a new leaf for the Atenista.Net website. We would appreciate your feedback and comments as we continue developing the website.

I haven't been receiving e-mail in my Atenista account for the past 2 days. I tested sending a message from another account 6 hours ago and I haven't gotten it yet. Could something have happened to Atenista Mail as a result of the site renovation?

Oh, I just realized something about the displayed nick -- I don't think Invision allows you to change your displayed nick like the old forums host/system/whatever did. So if you want to change your nick you might have to un-register the old account and register under a new screenname.

i have the exact same problem. can i send you a message as well? i haven't been able to receive mail, and i tested my account with my other e-mail accounts. nothing.

Atenista Mail is hosted by the Everyone.net co-branded free email service. And so, if you experience problems, it is likely that the problem is in Everyone.net and not in Atenista.net.

congratulations for finally getting rid of the dirty toe. or was it someone else's idea?

hmmm... maybe you could ask some of us to help maintain the site... for free of course... think of it is our way of returning the favor... i'm a freelance web designer and it's been years since i last did something related to HTML... but i'm willing to be of service if you need it...
i love this site... and i would love to help in any way i can. except of course when it comes to money matters... i'm having a hard time figuring out why i took this path but taking the road less travelled is quite difficult...
