I recommend Pioneer Highlands. It's located at Pioneer cor Madison Sts. Mandaluyong City. It is walking distance to MRT Boni that is, if you're fond of walking. It is a secure place. I've been living there for two years. Will be moving to a new unit soon which we've leased for 2 years. If you need to contact a broker, please let me know. I can give you my broker's contact info.
